Ruined My Rhythm, Volume Three will be released at the Tulsa Pop Culture Expo on November 2-4 at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center

Soul Fiction Factory and Champion Comics is pleased to announce that the third of four volumes of Ruined My Rhythm will be released at this year’s Tulsa Pop Culture Expo. Collaborators Robert Soul and Luna Cooper will be present to sign copies.

Homelessness, suicide, alcoholism and grief are all covered in this set-in-Tulsa graphic novel illustrated by 18-year-old Luna Cooper. When visiting Tulsa’s annual Day of the Dead Festival, Maria, the story’s main character, finally begins to come to grips with the loss of her mother.

As in the previous two volumes, Volume Three is jam-packed with Tulsa locations, such as Guthrie Green, Circle Cinema, the Living Arts of Tulsa, the Center of the Universe landmark, the Woody Guthrie Mural, Philbrook, the Cave House on Charles Paige Blvd., and many more.
